Life was going okay. Sure Laurie was pissed at him and he deserved every single bit of backlash, but Finn was here and he wasn't about to let go of what they once had. The blonde man was everything he ever wanted and that wasn't going to change. Being out felt even better and knowing that his dad was also batting for the other team had helped. Vincent did tend to have his head in the clouds for the most part, but lately things seemed to be getting easier and easier. That was until Jorrie found out that his dad was most definitely interested in a student. Not that he walked in on them or anything, why would he do that? Because he totally did. Shaking that thought from his head, he didn't want to be late to Defense against the Dark Arts. Ever. Why on Earth was he taking that class first thing in the morning? Oh right, because he hated himself that is why.
Still he continued on with his sales completely blind to what happened with Kristian. That was in part to the fact that he hasn't been selling to Kris. Knowing that he wanted something harder than what Joram was willing to sell, therefore he had completely cut him off. The occasional amount of cocaine was fine, but once you started mixing it, that was when shit had hit the fan, that was when you hit top speeds going down the slide. The highs were no longer fun, instead they were terrifying and there was no way in hell he was going to take part in that.
Feet carrying him through the halls, fingers dipping in his pocket to pull out a piece of gum. Breakfast of nothing but fruit, a small dish of yogurt and a light cup off coffee was all he needed to get going. Coffee left a stench on his breath, but hey. Gum! So minty fresh. Jorrie smiled as he bobbed his head to the music that was playing. It was an old playlist that he made back during his time at Hogwarts. It had Finn written all over it. Every single aspect of it.
Finally he rounded the corner and started the climb up toward Professor Pierce's classroom. For once he didn't have any interruptions. No posters, no hatred, nothing. He was out, he was happy, her was finally doing okay. And that was okay.
