LUPEI, Miriana

Born in Louisiana, Miriana still has the slight tinge of a Southern drawl when she speaks. Early on it was obvious she had a knack for art, and even though she had a bad primary education she still excelled in that area. Originally she had been accepted to Ilvermorny and attended there for two years but had barely managed to pass anything. It wasn't for lack of trying, but because she suffers from dyslexia and they had neither the patience nor time to help her or figure out what was wrong.


From there she was accepted to Beauregard. Smaller than the American school, the teachers here helped her without making her feel stupid and her grades picked up in most of her classes. Excepting History of Magic. It's just too much reading for her and she has a hard time completing the assignments there. Art and alternative modeling hold most of her attention still and remain her main areas of focus. 


[[Miriana generally has ink and graphite stains on her hands from drawing and sketching a lot. She tries to keep them clean as much as she can, but it comes with the territory. Reading and writing is something she avoids as much as she can because she has a hard time with both. The letters constantly move around on her and no one has yet to really diagnose her with dyslexia and she isn't too fond of admitting she even has a problem. When she gets frustrated though she tends to throw whichever book is the unlucky victim.]]
