WERNER, Klaudia Anneliese

Klaudia was only 9 years old when she had learned that love was the cruelest thing that could be inflicted upon a person. Not a curse, nor a hex, but love. She had seen what it had done to her father when her mother had died, and how it had effected him ever since. She saw the power that loving someone held, and though it could lead to happiness, she could only see how fiercely it could destroy. 


Perhaps it was swearing off love that had made her who she is now, or maybe she was always meant to be this way. But with Klaudia there is a distance, almost visible, that she keeps between herself and the world. Letting people just close enough to know them, but keeping enough space to run from them just the same. Her caution and wariness at attachment and emotion has since made her an incredibly guarded individual, fleeing at the first sign of interest, and actively destroying any flicker of romantic inclinations toward her.
